“Grounded in Gratitude”

Last Updated: December 16, 2025

This document outlines the terms and conditions for use of the Girly Godly Getaways website and forms a legally binding short-term rental agreement between the property owner/manager (hereafter referred to as “Owner” or “Host”) and the registered guest (hereafter referred to as “Guest”).

By completing a booking through this website, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, house rules, and policies described herein.

I. Parties and Property

1.1. Property Description:
The rental property is located at 2513 Vega Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050, and includes the specific amenities listed on the booking page (hereafter referred to as “the Property”).

1.2. Registered Guest:
The booking must be made by an individual who is at least 25 years old. This individual must be present at the Property throughout the entire rental period, including overnight.

1.3. Occupancy Limit:
The maximum number of overnight occupants is strictly limited to 12 people (including children and infants). Exceeding this limit is a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, and a penalty fee of $1000.

2.1. Rates and Fees:
The total cost of the reservation, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and occupancy taxes is detailed in your booking confirmation invoice.

2.2. Payment Schedule:
100% payment due at the time of booking the reservation. Failure to make full payment will result in you not being able to book successfully. Further, your dates will not be held or blocked without full payment.

2.3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking reservation.
  • 50% refund of every night if canceled at least 14 days before arrival.
  • 0% refund if canceled less than 14 days before arrival date.

III. Arrival and Departure

3.1. Rental Period:
The rental period begins at check-in time on the arrival date and ends at check-out time on the departure date, as specified in the booking confirmation.

3.2. Check-in/Check-out Times:

  • Check-in: 4 PM
  • Check-out: 11 AM
Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited unless agreed upon in writing between guest and host. We do allow early check-ins if it is possible to do so. However, if 2 different guests are checking out and checking in on the same day, early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated because the cleaning team needs time to clean and prepare the home between stays. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged at $100/hour (30-minute increments).

IV. Guest Rules and Responsibilities

4.1. House Rules:
Violation of any house rules constitutes a breach of this agreement and is cause for immediate eviction without refund.

We do allow smaller gatherings like family and friend get togethers, dinner parties, and relatively quiet parties such as baby shower gatherings. These do require approval. Host needs to approve total/maximum number of visiting guests and type of event, and this must be agreed upon before booking can be confirmed. After a 2nd excessive noise violation, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. If police are called, you will also be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable.
