Grounded in Gratitude is an eclectic, stunning, one-of-a-kind home. It’s a vibrant 4BR/3BA house with no stairs, a covered patio & a saltwater pool. Located right between Dallas & Fort Worth & only a few minutes away from AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Texas Live, Six Flags & so much more.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood & it’s close to highways, parks, shopping, dining, sports stadiums & recreation – all just minutes away. DFW Airport is just 10 min away too!!

The space

The exterior of the home features an in-ground saltwater pool (not heated), an oversized covered patio with 3 ceiling fans, a private fully fenced yard, an outdoor gas grill, comfy outdoor conversation seating, pool loungers, and a long 10-12 person outdoor dining table, under beautiful string lights which provide a sweet ambiance for dinner & drinks with your closest family or friends – or a romantic, quiet evening with your sweetie. When we added this outdoor feature, we envisioned the long outdoor table from the television ‘Parenthood.’ Some of you may be too young to remember this show… but we desired to imitate an intimate ‘Parenthood’ patio vibe. The front porch features two relaxing swings with cushions & pillows. The interior of the home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2,200 square feet all on 1 level – no stairs or carpet anywhere. The home has recently been remodeled and boasts an open floor plan with bold colors, fun & mismatched patterns, dramatic wallpaper accents throughout, and unique decor/art choices to make the home feel eccentric & exciting, yet peaceful & cozy! There is even a bright neon ‘Grounded in Gratitude’ sign above the coffee bar that shouts “fun & caffeine” but also serves as a reminder for us to “be grateful always!”

There are also multiple sitting areas in the home that allow for everyone to enjoy their own space and conversations!

We believe that the design of any home defines it’s overall demeanor. Every home has a personality and disposition to fearlessly display, just like us as humans.
